Built around 1826, it is a modest Georgian family home set in 3 acres of mature grounds just 25 minutes from the Giant's Causeway or 20 minutes from Royal Portrush Golf Club. Only 5 minutes from Coleraine town and all amenities, despite being in a truly rural environment. Restored over the past 20 years, it has retained almost all of its original features and oozes charm and sophistication.
